(AGE) has prepared the <br /> enclosed sensitive receptor survey for 701 East Charter Way, Stockton,California.The scope of the <br /> work included the reconnaissance for visible potential receptors within a 2,000-foot radius of the <br /> property, a review of files and records available from the City of Stockton Municipal Utilities <br /> Department(CSMUD),San Joaquin County Public Health Service-Environmental Health Division <br /> (PHS-EHD), California Water Service Company (CWSC) and Department of Water Resources <br /> (DWR). <br /> WELL SURVEY <br /> A receptor survey was performed to identify city, domestic, irrigation or monitoring water wells <br /> located within a 2,000-foot radius of the subject site(Figure 1). The following is a summary of the <br /> findings of the survey. A list of the wells and their locations relative to Figure 1 is provided in Table <br /> 1. <br /> • No CSMUD water wells were located within the 2,000-foot radius; the nearest well site is <br /> Water Plant No. 2 (WP-2), located on Diamond Street more than a mile away. <br /> • According to Mr. Eric Mar of California Water Service,there are no active wells within the <br /> 2,000-foot radius specified; their nearest well is inactive Well 50-01, located 1,560 feet <br /> northeast of the subject property(see Appendix A). <br /> • A representative of AGE performed a file review at Department of Water Resources(DWR). <br /> One reported private well is located at 1642 South California Street;the resident was not at <br /> home during the area reconnaissance survey,and the status of the well is unknown.The well <br /> is located cross-gradient to the subject site based on historic ground water flow directions. <br /> 4005 North Wilson Way,Stockton,California 95205 <br /> Telephone(209)467-1006 FAX(209)467-1118 <br />
