(AGE) has prepared the enclosed sensitive receptor survey for 701 East Charter Way, Stockton,California.The scope of the work included the reconnaissance for visible potential receptors within a 2,000-foot radius of the property, a review of files and records available from the City of Stockton Municipal Utilities Department(CSMUD),San Joaquin County Public Health Service-Environmental Health Division (PHS-EHD), California Water Service Company (CWSC) and Department of Water Resources (DWR). WELL SURVEY A receptor survey was performed to identify city, domestic, irrigation or monitoring water wells located within a 2,000-foot radius of the subject site(Figure 1). The following is a summary of the findings of the survey. A list of the wells and their locations relative to Figure 1 is provided in Table 1. • No CSMUD water wells were located within the 2,000-foot radius; the nearest well site is Water Plant No. 2 (WP-2), located on Diamond Street more than a mile away. • According to Mr. Eric Mar of California Water Service,there are no active wells within the 2,000-foot radius specified; their nearest well is inactive Well 50-01, located 1,560 feet northeast of the subject property(see Appendix A). • A representative of AGE performed a file review at Department of Water Resources(DWR).
