You were directed to submit a work
plan addendum by 01 May 2006 for nested or clustered wells to continue the
lateral delineation of your dissolved gasoline-impacted groundwater plume. The
14 March 2006 letter also directed you to submit a preliminary evaluation of the
potential for vapor intrusion of nearby buildings from your soil and/or
contaminated groundwater plumes by 01 June 2006. To date, neither the work
plan addendum nor the vapor intrusion evaluation has been received by the
EHD. Submit both documents to the EHD by 01 August 2007.
The EHD has also reviewed Aquifer Pump Test and Soil Vapor Extraction Pilot
Test Report (Test Report), dated 07 February 2007, prepared by Advanced
GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (AGE). In the Test Report, AGE concludes that
groundwater extraction and soil vapor extraction can be successfully utilized to
mitigate contaminated groundwater and vadose zone contaminated soil on your
site. AGE recommends preparation of a work plan to implement groundwater
