You are directed to complete this scope of work as soon as possible. <br /> In all future quarterly reports include updates on specific issues delaying <br /> completion of this scope of work and the specific actions taken on your behalf to <br /> address those impediments. <br /> The EHD notes that the EHD letter of 14 March 2007 erroneously indicated that <br /> the site west of your has little potential to impact your site as the former site is <br /> cross- to down-gradient of your site. The statement actually applies to the site <br /> east of yours; the site toward the west potentially could impact your site.
