Please submit a work plan addendum by 01 May 2006 <br /> for nested or clustered wells to continue the lateral delineation of your dissolved <br /> plume. The sentinel well(s) can be included in this work plan. <br /> The Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB) is now <br /> requiring an evaluation of the potential for vapor intrusion into buildings from <br /> contaminants escaping soil or groundwater. Please submit a preliminary <br /> evaluation of the potential for vapor intrusion of nearby buildings from your soil <br /> and/or dissolved plumes by 01 June 2006. <br /> Implement the approved portions of this work plan within 60 days of the date of <br /> this letter. Submit a well permit application with the required $89.00 permit fee and <br /> $297.00 inspection fee ($386.00 total) for each parcel. Copies of access <br /> agreements and encroachment permits are required to also be submitted for <br /> wells and borings advanced off your site.
