(AGE)is in receipt of your 01 July 1999 letter requiring submittal <br /> of a work plan for further site investigation by 15 August 1999. Due to financial difficulties of our <br /> client, AGE has not been authorized to prepare the required work plan, perform quarterly ground <br /> water monitoring or reporting for the subject property. AGE is currently working with the <br /> Underground Storage Tank Cleanup Fund (USTCF)to obtain reimbursement for our client for work <br /> previously performed for the site. Upon receipt of the cost reimbursement, work should proceed at <br /> the site. <br /> On behalf of our client,we request a 45 day extension for preparation of the required work plan and <br /> performance of field work.
