The letter requests a 45-day extension to submit a <br /> work plan that was requested by PHS/EHD on July 1, 1999. The original date for <br /> submittal of this work plan indicated by PHS/EHD was August 15, 1999. <br /> A work plan for further soil and groundwater investigation addressing all_components of <br /> the PHS/EHD July 1 1999 letter should be submitted to this department no later than <br /> September 5, 1999. PHS/EHD will review the work plan and request additional <br /> information if necessary. upon final PHS/EHD approval of the work plan you will have <br /> 90 days in which to complete the work. <br /> Quarterly monitoring of the groundwater at this site is necessary.
