If ORCs from certain MW's have been removed, discuss the reasons for removal. <br /> In each Quarterly Monitoring Report this information should be updated. <br /> Submit a Work Plan for determining the vertical extent of contamination and the <br /> installation of additional MWs to PHS/EHD by July 13, 1998 . Continue sampling all <br /> wells quarterly and include the additional analysis as specified above.
