This <br /> work was reported in our report dated August 24, 1993, <br /> In September 1994, we installed three additional monitoring wells. This work was <br /> reported in our report dated October 10, 1994, <br /> In April 1995 we drilled two CPT borings and they were reported in our report dated <br /> March 15, 1995 , <br /> In February and March , 1996 five vapor extraction wells , one air sparging well and one <br /> boring were installed at this site. This work was reported in our report dated March 19, <br /> 1996, <br /> In April 1996 we drilled two additional CPT borings. They were reported in our report <br /> dated June 10, 1996, <br /> In July 1999 , we drilled an additional monitoring well MW- 12 to 80 feet. This was <br /> reported in our report dated August 5 , 1999. <br /> On November 6, 2000 we drilled two borings (B-2 and B-3) to a depth of 90 Feet Bgs <br /> and 100 Feet Bgs. This was reported on our report dated December 14 , 2000 . <br /> On November 17, 2003 , we submitted a Amended Site Concept Model. <br /> On July 20, 2005, we drilled one boring and two monitoring well (B-4, MW- 14 and MW- <br /> 16) to a depth of 158 feet bgs for the borings and 50 feet bgs for the two monitoring <br /> wells. <br /> This was reported in the drilling report dated August 24 , 2005, <br /> WORK PROPOSAL - Installation of Monitoring Wells / Confirmation of CPT <br /> Define Vertical Migration <br /> California Geophysical proposes to install two 2" PVC Monitoring Wells (MW- 17 and <br /> MW- 18) . They will be placed on the south side of Charter Way and west of Grant <br /> Street on site near boring 134, see the attached site map for location details . The area <br /> where these wells will be installed is level and stable. The surface area is either <br /> cement or asphalt with a engineered surface storm water drainage system . Careful <br /> consideration will be exercised in the placement of the wells due to the fact that this is a <br /> active gasoline station in full operation . The wells will be permitted through the City of <br /> Stockton and the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department and will be <br /> installed only with their approval . The monitoring wells will be named MW- 17 and MW- <br /> 18 , respectively. They will be drilled via a truck mounted hollow stem auger to a depth <br /> of 180 vertical feet and will be screened from 170 to 180 feet bgs . <br />
