(AGE)has prepared this work plan for the destruction of seven(7) ground water monitoring wells at 1033 West Charte r Way, Stockton,California (site). The location of the site is illustrated in Figure 1- Locations of structures, borings and monitoring wells related to the site are illustrated on Figure 2. S to background information is provided in Appendix A. INTRODUCTION In a letter dated 16 September 2010 (Appendix B), the California Regional Water Quality Control Board (CRWQCB) directed preparation of a work plan to destroy ground water monitoring„wells at 1033 West Charter Way, Stockton, California, in accordance with the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) Standards For Well Construction and Destruction. SCOPE OF WORK A total of seven ground water monitoring wells (AW-1 through MW-7) are site. Well construction details are summarized in Table 1.
