(AGE)has prepared this work plan for the destruction of seven(7) <br /> ground water monitoring wells at-1033 West Chart r Way, Stockton; California (site). The <br /> location of the site is illustrated in Figure 1. Locations of structures,borings and monitoring <br /> wells related to the site are illustrated on Figure 2.Site background information is provided <br /> in Appendix A. <br /> INTRODUCTION <br /> In a letter dated 16 September 2010 (Appendix(3), the California Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board (CRWQCB) directed preparation of a work plan to destroy ground water <br /> monitoring wells at,1033 West-Charter Way, Stockton, California, in accordance with the <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) Standards For Well <br /> Construction and Destruction. <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> A total of seven ground water monitoring wells MW-1 through MW-7) are site.
