KLEIVEELVER <br /> —. 1 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY <br /> This is a work plan to perform a ground water asses-ment investigation at the Nomellini <br /> Construction facility, Stockton, California. In a letter dated October 1, 1990, the San <br /> Joaquin County Public Health Service, Environmental Health Division (SJC HD) <br /> requested assessment of petroleum hydrocarbon which may have migrated vertically to <br /> ground water. <br /> The installation of three shallow ground water monitoring wells is proposed to provide an <br /> initial assessment of the ground water. The SJCEHD requires submittal of a work plan <br /> prior to issuing a boring permit for drilling and monitorng well installation. <br /> A copy of this work plan should be sent to the SJCEHD and the Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board for their review and consideratin.a.
