This depth
agrees closely with levels measured in other wells in the area at
that time
LOCATION OF NEARBY WELLS
It was mentioned in the workplan submitted in November that there
are at least 19 groundwater monitoring wells in the area, some of
which are shown on PLATE V The owners of the site immediately to
the east at 1045 W Charter Way, (Nomellini Construction Co ,}
have recently placed at least two (2) additional groundwater
monitoring wells in order to further define an extensive hydro-
carbon plume beneath the site One of those wells has been
placed on the east side of the Males & Nolet property, prelimi-
nary data indicates manor amounts of petroleum constituents were
measured We have reviewed some of the results of that work, but
have not incorporated it into this report
BRIEF REVIEW OF PRIOR WORK DONE ON SITE.
September, 1992 - Septic tank serving shop building taken out of
service
November, 1992 - Septic tank & leach lines uncovered Found to
contain waste oil & petroleum products
0r May, 1993 - Septic tank emptied & leach field removed Wooden
2
