Currently, minimal remediation is being performed due to the initial Fund budget allocation of only$20,000. However, mid-October the Fund changed the budget amount to$70,000 and on behalf of George Betker, RP, we are preparing a phased approach to address the CAP dated December 12,2012 that was approved by SJC EHD on January 31,2013.We anticipate submitting to your department a short status letter with a timeline and scope of work within the next 15 days. We would implement the field work as soon as it is approved including starting up GWM and reporting again.
