Equipment, 1245 W. Charter Way, Stockton, CA
Dear Ms. McCartney:
In response to the SJCEHD letter dated March 25th, 2013, Ground Zero Analysis, Ina (GZA) is
respectfully requesting a one year extension for implementing the Corrective Action Plan approved in
the same letter.
Our request is based on the lack of funding provided by the Underground Storage Tank Cleanup Fund
(USTCF). We will be unable to implement the CAP until substantially more funding is provided. In the
interim, GZA will only have the funding to perform limited hydrogen peroxide injection events in the
existing injection wells. In the event that funding is increased for this project, GZA will contact
SJCEHD regarding the implementation of the CAP.
Please do not hesitate to call if you have questions or need clarification.
Respectfully Submitted,
Raynold I.
