All five <br /> wells were screened between 38 and 513 feet bsg. <br /> 05/02/03 Date of Site Investigation/Quarterly Monitoring Report-First Quarter 2003 <br /> submitted by Cambria that described the installation of five monitoring wells and <br /> reported the soil and groundwater analytical results from the well installation. <br /> 03/05/04 Date of Site Investigation Work Plan submitted by Cambria that proposed the <br /> advancement of five CPT borings (SB5 through SB-9) and installation of four <br /> monitoring wells (MW-6 on-site, and MW-7 through MW-9 off-site). <br /> 0613-4104 Dates when CPT borings S13-5 through SB-9 were advanced on-site to <br /> approximately 100 feet bsg. <br /> 12127-29104 Dates when MW-6 was installed on-site and MW-7 through MW-9 were installed <br /> off-site; all wells were screened betweep 38 and 53 feet bsg. <br /> 03/25/05 Date of Site Investigation and First Quarter 2005 — Quarterly Monitoring Report { <br /> submitted by Cambria that described he soil classification based on the CPT <br /> logs and reported the analytical results of groundwater samples collected from <br /> SB-5 through SB-9, and 1,2-dichloroe hane analytical results for soil samples <br /> collected from the installation of MW-6 t irough MW-9. <br /> 11/08/05 Date of meeting attended by EHD nd Cambria during which discussions <br /> focused on the need to begin groundwa er extraction at this site. <br /> 11/14/05 Date of Site Conceptual Model submitted by Cambria, recommending the <br /> performance of interim remediation to reduce the 1,2-DCA concentrations in <br /> groundwater. <br /> 03/22/06 Date of meeting attended by EHD, Cambria, and Central Valley Regional Water <br /> Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB) during which discussions focused on <br /> installing a temporary groundwater extraction system. <br /> 10/12/06 Date that the temporary groundwater extraction system began operation, <br /> extracting groundwater from monitoring well MW-1. <br /> 07/19/07 Date of Site Investigation Work Plan submitted by CRA proposing the <br /> advancement of three CPT borings, SB-1 0 through SB-12, off-site to define the <br /> 1,2-dichloroethane (1,2-DCA) plume down gradient of the contaminant source. <br /> 11/7-9107 Dates when CPT borings SB-10 through SB-12 were advanced off site to <br /> approximately 60 feet bsg. <br /> 01/16/08 Date of Site Investigation Report submitted by CRA that described the soil <br /> lithology based on the CPT logs and reported the soil and groundwater analytical <br /> results collected during the advancement of CPT borings SB-10 through SB-12. <br /> 04/16/08 Date when the groundwater extraction system was expanded to include <br /> groundwater removal from MW-6. <br />
