C A M B R I A <br /> The scope of work described in this work plan will be performed under the supervision of a <br /> registered geologist. <br /> Chemical Analyses: Groundwater samples will be analyzed for TPHg, BTEX, fuel oxygenates <br /> (including ethanol and methanol), and leac scavengers (ethylene dibromide, and <br /> 1,2-dichloroethane)by EPA Method 8260. <br /> Report Preparation: Following the receipt of anz lytical results from the laboratory, Cambria <br /> will prepare a written report, which will include field procedures, laboratory results, boring logs, <br /> conclusions, and recommendations. <br /> Well Receptor Survey: SJCPHS/EHD requested in we perform a well receptor survey in the <br /> vicinity of this site during this next phase of investigation. Cambria has already performed such <br /> a survey and reported the findings in our July 14, 1999 Limited Phase I Environmental <br /> Assessment and Sensitive Receptor Survey Report. This report was hand delivered to <br /> SJCPHS/EHD during the June 19, 2001 meeting with Shell, Cambria, and SJCPHS/EHD.
