Emergency Communication: <br /> Fire Department 911 <br /> Ambulance 911 <br /> Police Department 911 <br /> Hospital: St. Joseph's Medical Ctr. 209-493-2000 <br /> 1800 N. California St <br /> Stockton, CA 92504 <br /> A map to the nearest medical facility will be attached to this form. <br /> C. First Aid <br /> All injuries sustained shall be initially treated on-site. A fully-stocked first aid kit shall <br /> be available to treat minor injuries. An ambulance shall be called for emergencies and <br /> transportation to a hospital. The following procedures shall be followed for correct first <br /> aid treatment on-site: <br /> 1. SKIN - Prolonged or repeated exposure may cause skin irritation. Repeated <br /> contact may cause drying or flaking of the skin. <br /> If a workers skin is irritated by coming into contact with contaminated soil or fluid, the <br /> area shall be washed for 15 minutes before applying dressings secured by adhesive tape. <br /> Discard saturated clothing and boots. <br /> Wash cuts and abrasions with water for 15 minutes before applying dressings secured by <br /> adhesive tape. Keep contaminated media away from open wounds. <br /> 2. BREATHING - Excessive inhalation of vapors can cause nasal and respiratory <br /> irritation; central nervous system effects including dizziness, weakness, fatigue, nausea, <br /> headache and possible unconsciousness, and even death. <br />
