Wilson Way <br />Stockton, California <br />Mr. Von Flue: <br />This letter has been prepared to provide a follow-up to the inspection conducted by you on <br />February 14, 2007 at former ARCO Facility No. 5469 located at 130 S. Wilson Way in Stockton, <br />California. <br />The inspection report stated that there were issues with the records and under dispenser <br />containment units at the site (Attachment A). The following is BP's response to the item noted <br />during the inspection. <br />• CCR 2712(i) — Submit a copy of the UST monitoring & response plan that includes the <br />type of overfill prevention. This plan must be approved by our department. <br />The Inspection Report states that at the time of the inspection, the monitoring and response plan <br />did not include the type of overfill protection at the site. This letter acts as notification to the San <br />Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) that BP West Coast Products LLC <br />(BP) is no longer operating a retail gasoline station at the above referenced facility as of February <br />23, 2007. The new owner and operator of the facility, Wight Enterprises #2 LLC, have been <br />informed to submit the appropriate forms to the San Joaquin County EHD with the change in <br />ownership information.
