<br /> OBSERVATIONS:Plastic glasses stored upside down are in contact with wet towel in a bin by waitress station.
<br /> Immediately remove glasses from service, clean and sanitize all food contact service, and store in a way that will protect
<br /> from cross contamination. This is a repeat violation.

<br /> OBSERVATIONS:Floor in kitchen, dry storage, Walk In, and warewash area wet. Clean and dispose any wastewater to

<br /> #23 Rodents, Insects or Animals Inside Facility
<br /> OBSERVATIONS:Old rodent droppings previously observed on shelves and boxes and floor next to cardboards on shelves
<br /> and cardboard containers in dry storage have not been cleaned up, and more new ones seemed to have appear.
<br /> Immediately provide more pest control, limit access points, remove any attraction (i.e.food debris), and inactivate and clean
<br /> droppings. This is a repeat violation.

<br /> #24 Person in Charge Present or Performing Duties
<br /> OBSERVATIONS:When asked, none of the employee can point to who is the person in charge during this inspection;they
<br /> stated Sheng Li the owner or Louis are normal in charge though neither were available. A person in charge who is familiar
<br /> with food safety, location of document and maintains them, and enforces food safety practices, shall be on site during
<br /> operation. This is a repeat violation.

<br /> OBSERVATIONS:Vegetables stored next to vegetable prep table by warewash not covered; some food near wet wipe
<br /> cloths not in sanitizer bucket. Cover food and remove dirty wipe cloths to protect food from contamination. This is a repeat.
<br /> The upright 1 D True cooler and 2D True Freezer, both unlocked, are still stored in dining area and in hallway to restroom
