Repair in 2 weeks. <br /> -Overhead vents by dusty, oily, and dirty. Clean and remove any dust and contaminate that can contaminate food. <br /> -Cardboards and newspaper used as liner on prep tables and food holding carts in kitchen, cardboard and non-cleanable <br /> shelves in dry storage. Remove all cardboard and newspaper lining and provide only cleanable and non-absorbent surface <br /> for food storage. <br /> -Missing at multiple filters in hood. Immediately provide missing filters <br /> Hood filters dirty and greasy. Clean in 2 weeks. <br /> Food prep being conducting on top of two chest freezers in kitchen.
