FLOORS <br /> ARE FILTHY, MEAT APPEARS TO BE SPOILED,AND PRODUCE IS NOT FRESH AND HAS MULTIPLE KNATS AND <br /> FLIES FLYING AROUND. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Upon arrival I spoke with the owner in regards to the complaint,they stated having no knowledge of anyone reporting a <br /> complaint or complaining to him of issues of this nature. He stated that their merchandise is rotated when he receives new <br /> stock, however expired processed or prepackaged foods are still consumable, the expiration date is only there for quality <br /> assurance. I then inspected the meat department and all meat looked fresh, red and no foul odors. The owner stated that any <br /> meat returned or found out of the coolers, in terms of being misplaced by a customer, is discarded to ensure no form of <br /> contamination took place with the meat. I observed no flies or gnat inside of the facility during this time.The owner stated that <br /> flies do enter through the front door when people enter or exit the facility but they have never had an issue in terms of multiple <br /> flies or gnats.
