E 5 ���O �UI� Environmental Health Department <br /> t. , <br /> I_�`- 4a:' C O U N T Y <br /> r�% Greatness grows hE,„, Time In: 10:30 am <br /> Time Out: 11:00 am <br /> Food Program Complaint Inspection Report <br /> Name of Facility: CAROLINAS GRILL Date: 02/14/2019 <br /> Address: 4555 N PERSHING AVE, STOCKTON 95207 <br /> Owner/Operator: SERGIO ANGULO Telephone: (209)474-0386 <br /> Program Element: 1600 - FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: C00048805 <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br /> COMPLAINANT ALLEGES EMPLOYEES DO NOT WASH THEIR HANDS, BASKETS ARE NOT CLEANED OUT, USING <br /> THE SAME TOWEL FOR SANITARY MAINTENANCE, NOT WEARING GLOVES, AND CASHIER WAS HANDLING <br /> MONEY AND FOOD AT THE SAME TIME <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM --LOCATION --TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Spoke to owner who was not aware of this complaint, but seems to know which customer called it in. He stated that he goes <br /> thru 200 towels a week and that towel for tables were customers eat is not used for anything else. Cashier never cooks food <br /> and only hands out baskets with chips. Gloves are on counter in case they are needed. <br /> Observations: Hand wash station has soap and paper towels. Multi use red baskets are used for tortillas. Baskets are lined <br /> with paper and wrapped with foil. Chips are placed in disposable boats, cashier wiped table at time of inspection and has a <br /> bucket with cleaner at her station <br /> , the use of gloves is not required at this time, cashier handles money and give food to customers. <br /> The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br /> Safety Code.
