Correct within 1 week. <br /> The floor sink under the dough table is clogged and overflows.Also, some drainage lines do not provide a 1 inch air gap. <br /> Correct within 1 week. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The potable water supply shall be protected with a backflow or back siphonage protection device,as required <br /> by applicable plumbing codes.
