Clean <br /> by today. <br /> Food debris buildup on the floor where the bulk containers are stored. Clean today. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:The walls/ceilings shall have durable,smooth,nonabsorbent,light-colored,and washable surfaces. All floor <br /> surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily <br /> cleanable.Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas,except customer service areas and where food is stored in original <br /> unopened containers. Food facilities shall be fully enclosed. All food facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair. She was not aware of other complaints regarding this matter. Employees have no been ill within <br /> the last 2 weeks. Employees have not travel outside the country. Employees do not work at other food facilities.All food is <br /> cooked to order. Some food is cooked ahead of time and recooked when the food is order. <br /> Hand washing facilities are being provided. Utensil washing machine operating properly. <br /> House fried rice:The rice is cooked a electric pots.the rice is fried with egg and taken out to cool.The rice is then cooked <br /> with vegetables which are kept on the prep table when ordered. The rice is served within 4 hours. <br /> Beef chow main fun:The beef is cooked in the morning and taken out to cool. The beef is cooked to order and vegetable are <br /> mixed.The beef is served within 4 hours. <br /> Lemon chicken:The chicken is kept in the walk in or the prep table. The chicken is fried and the sauce is added and saut6ed. <br /> Cooked to order.Garlic green beans:The beans are deep fried and sauteed with garlic. Cooked to order. <br /> The foods that are kept out of temperature control are served within 4 hours however there are no logs.
