THE CHICKEN IN THE SALAD WAS RAW. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Operator is aware of complaint. <br /> Spoke with owner she informed the of the following. <br /> There have been no reported illnesses by employees or family members. <br /> No employees work at other food facilities, daycares, or health care facilities. <br /> Staff receives food safety training (FHC and FSC). <br /> Staff consumes the food prepared in the facility. <br /> There has been no out of country travel by employees. <br /> Handwashing facilities provided. Utensil washing as required. <br /> The chicken salad is prepared with precooked chicken meat and lettuce to order.The owner demonstrated the procedure. <br /> The chicken is cooked to 180 F and cooled and stored in the walk in cooler.
