All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #6 Handwashing Facilities Supplied and Accessible MAJOR <br />OBSERVATIONS: Handwash sink by warewash, which is currently the only hand wash sink in the kitcen with hot water, is <br />obstructed by multiple buckets, boxes of chemicals (detergent and sanitizer), and trays of raw chicken including raw chicken <br />immediately ajacent to the hand wash sink. Immediately remove all obstruction or source of contamination that can prevent <br />the use of hand sink. Obstruction were removed on site. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Handwashing soap and towels or drying device shall be provided in dispensers dispensers shall be <br />maintained in good repair. (113953.2) Adequate facilities shall be provided for hand washing, food preparation and the washing of <br />utensils and equipment. (113953, 113953.1, 114067(f)) <br /> #14 Food Contact Surfaces Sanitized or Warewashing Sanitization MAJOR <br />OBSERVATIONS: No sanitizer dispensed to warewash machine. Provide immediately. Corrected by contractor during this <br />inspection to 50 ppm chlorine. <br />Raw chicken being washed and defrosting in 3-comp sink and on the drainboard immediately next to hand wash sink (the <br />only one with hot water). Cease washing and storing raw meat in sinks intended for warewashing, and provide splash guard <br />at least 6 inches high using non-absorbent, cleanable, and shatter proof material between the warewash drain board and the <br />hand wash sink in 3 days. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All food contact surfaces of utensils and equipment shall be clean and sanitized.
