<br />OBSERVATIONS: Handwash sink in kitchen leaking (hence hot water valve is turned off.). Repair in 3 days.
<br />Warewash machine not functioning correctly (see above violation), and grills of air vents above cook line in kitchen greasy
<br />and dirty. Repair warewash machine and degrease/clean in 2 weeks.
<br />Unpainted wooden shelves used under prep table in the kitchen, and cardboards used as liner for shelves in both kitchen
<br />and dry storage. Remove cardboards in 1 day, and replaced wooden shelves with approved equipment that is cleanable
<br />and non-absorbent in 2 weeks.
