All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #7 Hot and Cold Holding Temperatures MAJOR <br />OBSERVATIONS: Potentially hazardous food (PHF) above 50 F (see measurement list) inside 4-drawer cooler under <br />griddle. Immediately provide 41 F or below for all PHF. Observed above items disposed by management. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Potentially hazardous foods shall be held at or below 41/ 45°F or at or above 135°F. (113996, 113998, <br />114037, 114343(a)) <br /> #22 Disposal of Sewage/Wastewater <br />OBSERVATIONS: Wastewater on floor. Clean and dispose only to sanitary system. Corrected <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All liquid waste must drain to an approved fully functioning sewage disposal system. (114197) <br /> #23 Rodents, Insects or Animals Inside Facility <br />OBSERVATIONS: Lots of nats on the wall under 3-comp sink. Remove, eliminate all attraction to insects and vermin, and <br />provide more pest control as needed. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Each food facility shall be kept free of vermin: rodents (rats, mice), cockroaches, flies.( 114259.1, 114259.4, <br />114259.5) <br /> #27 Food Protected from Contamination <br />OBSERVATIONS: Food right next to handwash sink next to griddle, subject to possibly splash inspite of the splash guard <br />(management stated they don't really use this hand wash).
