COMPLAINANT STATED "INSIDE RESTAURANT LOOKED DISGUSTING ANYWAY". <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP º F -- COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />Observed mice droppings under sink, on shelves and floor next to wall in dry storage, and under cooking equipment and <br />cashier counter. Also observed dead mouse in glue trap. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION <br />Immediately inactivate dead mouse and droppings (using bleach solution) and remove from facility. Provide more pest <br />control. Reinspection in 2 weeks. <br />Note: Complaint and follow up inspection of this complaint inspection is linked to existing facility file. Complaint is abated. <br />Copy of this report is emailed to Ryan Webster. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
