All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP º F -- COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />Neither restrooms were closed, and did not observe toilet leaks nor water on floor <br />- Women's restroom hand wash sink handle is broken. <br />- Men's restroom had no paper towels. <br />See separate 2nd Routine inspection report for corrective actions. Complaint abated to File for follow up.
