COMPLAINANT WAS ABLE TO <br /> RECEIVE A REFUND. COMPLAINANT IS ALSO CONCERNED ABOUT THE NUMEROUS FLIES THAT ARE IN THE <br /> FACILITY. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> As per manager, she is not aware of the complaint. <br /> I asked manager to prepare 2 burger patties(one frozen and one fresh). Frozen patty is pulled from the freezer by the grill, <br /> grilled for 38 sec at 170 F using Clam Shell(compression), seasoned and served. Fresh patty is pulled from cooler by the grill, <br /> grilled for 88 sec at 182F using Clam Shell(compression), seasoned and served. <br /> Patties prepared during my inspection are not showing any blood. <br /> During inspecting the kitchen, I observed 4-5 flies and in the dining area i observed 4-6 flies.
