Many dead insects observed behind the large 2 door refrigerators. <br /> Remove all dead insects and flies. Maintain a pest free facility. The doors were open upon arrival. Clean the surface and resurface so that it <br /> can be made cleanable. The buckets with flour, sugar, etc. are not clean or labeled. Clean and label these buckets. Some <br /> flour was left on the floor in the rear of the facility. Store all ingredients 6 inches off the floor. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Food shall be stored in approved containers and labeled as to contents. Food shall be stored at least 6" <br /> above the floor on approved shelving.
