FIRE IMPACTED ONE BOX OF TACO SHELLS AND IT WAS <br /> THROWN AWAY.ANSUL SYSTEM DID NOT GO OFF. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Facility was open for business when I arrived. <br /> I spoke to the manager. <br /> Per manager fire occurred at 1 am on 10/21/17 . Employee drained oil at deep fryer when fire occurred. <br /> Per manager no food items were at prep station located across from deep fryer, as facility was closed and crew was cleaning <br /> the facility. <br /> Per manager all surfaces were cleaned and sanitized prior to opening for business at 6am. <br /> I observed deep fryer and area. I observed 2 affected ceiling tiles,which appear black.
