Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Spoke to restaurant manager who stated that Clark Pest Control comes in weekly.There were here 12/31/18 and will return <br /> next week on Wednesday.At that time they will treat with a mist(goes into walls). <br /> Observation:All of the roach traps did not have any dead/live roaches. Did not see any dead/live roaches on floors,walls, <br /> shelves, ect. <br /> Correction:Area under cooks line has excess grease and debris. Some shelves at cooks line need detail cleaning. Detail <br /> clean all unsanitary surfaces on a routine basis.
