Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Spoke to manager who was not aware of complaint, but is aware of problem. She stated that rest rooms will be completely <br /> remodeled soon. <br /> Observations: ladies rest room has 3 toilet stalls. One is out of service,two are fully functional. One toilet handle leaks. <br /> mens rest room has a toilet and a urinal.
