Ensure permit is obtained for Obon festival or any temporary events this point forward. A copy of the application will <br />be mailed to you shortly; submit application and fee in a timely manner (recommend a month ahead). <br />- The Walk In is not being used at this time, but does get used occasionally, such as during the Obon Festival. Ensure <br />potentially hazardous food (PHF) is stored at 41 F or below. <br />- Backroom 3-comp sink not being used and water heater not turned on; may be used during special events. Ensure 120 F or <br />higher is provided for warewashing. <br />- Backroom water heater not strapped down. EHD recommends contacting local Fire Department and/or Building Department <br />for actual code requirement for securing water heaters. <br />- The outside handwash sink (or currently being used) is not plumbed in. Ensure waste water is released only to sewage <br />system. <br />- Three possibly empty propane tanks in storage garage. Please be aware that facility which stores hazardous material equal <br />or greater than 500 pounds, 200 cubic feet, or 55 gallons may be subjected to regulation under the Hazardous Material <br />Management Plan (HMBP) in California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). <br />OIR emailed to office@lodibuddhist.net <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
