All spill containers shall have a minimum capacity of five gallons <br /> and be capable of containing a spill or overfill until it is detected or cleaned up. Immediately discontinue deposition of <br /> petroleum into this tank until the component is repaired or replaced by a properly licensed, trained, and certified <br /> contractor under permit and inspection of the EHD. If the spill container can't be replaced immediately, there is a <br /> possibility that the 89 UST system may be red tagged to prevent fuel inputs. <br /> *The 89 tank contained 3,544 gallons at the time of inspection. <br /> The 87 and 91 spill containers failed to have a minimum capacity of five gallons. All spill containers shall have a <br /> minimum capacity of five gallons. Immediately contact a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor to repair or <br /> replace the spill containers under permit and inspection of the EHD. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 320 CCR 2635, 2637.2, 2665, 2712 Failure to comply with the installation, inspection, or record keeping of the overfill <br /> prevention. <br /> Overfill prevention testing has not been conducted. This testing was required to be conducted by October 13, 2018. <br /> Immediately schedule this testing and provide 48 hours notification to the EHD. Ensure all future testing is conducted <br /> within required time frames. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> The monitoring system certification was conducted on 3/25/19 and will not be witnessed by EHD. Looked inside <br /> all sumps and UDCs. Verified sensor locations and piping communication. The paperwork was reviewed and the <br /> inspection was completed on 4/3/19. A complete report was left at that time. <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by May 3, 2019. <br /> Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152).
