COMPLAINANT ATE A CALIFORNIA BURRITO. SPOUSE AND 9 YEAR OLD <br /> CHILD ATE CHICKEN ROLLED TACOS WITH SOUR CREAM AND GUACAMOLE. 2 YEAR OLD CHILD ATE CHICKEN <br /> NUGGETS. THE COMPLAINANT, SPOUSE AND 9 YEAR OLD CHILD BECAME ILL WITH SYMPTOMS OF DIARRHEA, <br /> VOMITING AND ABDOMINAL PAIN. DID NOT SEEK MEDICAL ATTENTION. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. He has not received any other complaint since. <br /> -No one has called in sick nor employee family members being sick <br /> -Employee does eat food at facility <br /> -No employee has been out of country <br /> Observed the following made: <br /> California Burrito: <br /> -seasoned beef off steam table 124 F,tomato mixture off reach in 49 F, cut raw potatoes in a tub of water 75F. <br /> -Grilled beef/tomato mix to 205 F, deep fried potatoes to 289 F before adding to beef/tomato mix. <br /> -Grilled flour tortilla,then add above and a scoup of shredded cheese from reach in 50 F to tortilla.
