COMPLAINANT ATE A CALIFORNIA BURRITO. SPOUSE AND 9 YEAR OLD <br /> CHILD ATE CHICKEN ROLLED TACOS WITH SOUR CREAM AND GUACAMOLE. 2 YEAR OLD CHILD ATE CHICKEN <br /> NUGGETS. THE COMPLAINANT, SPOUSE AND 9 YEAR OLD CHILD BECAME ILL WITH SYMPTOMS OF DIARRHEA, <br /> VOMITING AND ABDOMINAL PAIN. DID NOT SEEK MEDICAL ATTENTION. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe.
