Owners typical installation draw- <br /> ings Nos. C.S.` 100, 101, 102, 103, 600 and section 15-B instructions. Tanks are listed <br /> below. Drawings 333 and 601 - A <br /> 2. Tank to be bury. <br /> n' <br /> 3. Install 41, reinforced concrete tank slab and extend 24 beyond tank outline. <br /> 4. Contractor shall test all tanks with 5#'s p.s.i, pressure and soap all ,joints and <br /> opening plugs for leaks. <br /> 5. Install tanks as shown on G,A. and check fill position for steel deflector plate <br /> and proper location for delivery by tanker. Check with owners Engineer. <br /> 6. Install new fiberlass vents from tanks to existing vents on building and connect <br /> to same if in good condition and correct size. New ditch, backfill and paving by <br /> j� general contractor. <br /> ., <br /> y <br /> 7. Install new 2" fiberglass product piping from turbines to pump islands using Red <br /> Thread Pipe. or equivalent, (Pipe must be approved to use with Oxinol) Product pipe <br /> trench must be lined with approved_ material to comply with local City, County or <br /> State tequirements. Ditch, backfill, ac paving and concrete by General Contractor. <br /> i <br /> S. Install new vapor return piping as necessary and connect to new tanks, <br /> 9. New 4" fill riser and 3" vapor riser to be wrapped with 3M tape and disp stubs <br /> also to be wrapped <br /> 1 - 3/4 HP <br /> 10. Install j_newl .5 H.P. submerged turbines. Extend U.G. conduits and pull new wire <br /> from panel. Reuse existing leak detectors. <br /> yell. Inspection and monitoring wello are to be installed at llama corner of tank slab <br /> using 6" perforated P.V,C. Pipe with steel fill cover lids. Paint Gloss Black <br /> 12. Contractor to furnish and install new manhole W/steel covers and adapters per <br /> instructions.
