BP <br /> understands the underground storage tank (UST) requirements applicable to the subject <br /> facility. I have personally reviewed the results of the following: <br /> • Monitor Certification conducted December 16,2004 <br /> • Compliance Survey conducted November 18, 2004 <br /> • Closure of issues identified by the Compliance Survey on November 18, 2004 <br /> Based on that review I believe that BP was in compliance with the applicable UST <br /> requirements on December 16, 2004.
