Electronic Line Leak Detector/3GPH Wed Jacket CPT Turbine Electric Leak <br /> Detector (Integral to Turbine) <br /> 2. MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE <br /> The containment devices will be inspected according to the manufacturer's instructions by an <br /> outside contractor once during each calendar year. <br /> 3. ROUTINE MONITORING PROCEDURE <br /> On a weekly basis, the facility operator shall: <br /> A. Inspect each containment box for the presence of a liquid. <br /> B. Remove debris form the containment box. <br /> If any liquid is found, manually close the impact valve, place the dispenser Out of Service, <br /> and call ARCO Maintenance immediately. <br /> 4. RESPONSE PROCEDURE - CONTAINMENT BOXES <br /> OPERATOR RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> In the event the impact valve is activated and shuts down a dispenser, station personnel <br /> immediately: <br /> A. Contact ARCO Maintenance or its designated agent by using the telephone number <br /> previously provided. <br /> B. Tag the dispenser Out of Orderntil the liquid has been removed by <br /> authorized persons. <br /> ARCO RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> Method of removing an unauthorized release from the spill containment device: <br /> A. Any unauthorized release into the containment box will be removed by ARCO in <br /> accordance with California Health and Safety Code requirements. In the event of an <br /> emergency, a pumping contractor or truck will be available immediately. In all other <br /> cases, equipment availability will be within 12 hours. <br /> B.
