Louise(the"Sites")
Dear Mr. Wilson:
This letter is to advise you that ARCO has contacted a local contractor, Henderson,to
prepare and file an application for a permit from your department. The application is for removal
of the concrete above piping on both sides of the fuel islands to confirm that the piping is
fiberglass. The permit application will consist of a sketch on a site plan showing where to break
concrete, a fee payment to your department, and a Health and Safety Plan. Henderson has
initiated the permit application process. We asked if the contractor could get an application in by
5 today, but were advised us that Henderson could not pull the site plans, complete the sketches
and otturwisc provide the most basic information in that time period. Henderson is striving to
have the application in by Monday. We are hopeful that this application will suit your needs. In
light of recent experience in permitting with your department,we would like to ensure that the
application contains the infonmarion you would like to see. Please let us know if there arc any
other pieces of information you need to process the application, and Henderson will assemble that
as well.
Very truly yours,
Beth S.
