California St, Stockton, <br /> CA, dated May 22, 2009. Please be advised that the following violation(s) have been addressed. <br /> 1. Monitoring & Response Plan not up to date. An updated plan is attached <br /> 2. 91 fill sump sensor not working and replaced;apply for a permit. Per my conversation with <br /> the inspector, a permit was applied for as required. Test results attached. <br /> 3. Audible alarm not working and replaced; apply for a permit. Per my conversation with the <br /> inspector, a permit was applied for as required. Test results attached. <br /> It is our policy to address deficiencies, issues of concern, and/or agency requests regarding our retail <br /> facilities immediately. With the submittal of this letter, it is our understanding that the items of alleged <br /> non-compliance associated with this inspection conducted on May 22, 2009, have been resolved.
