California ST, Stockton, CA 95204 SR0073828 <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has completed the review of <br /> the application for a permit to replace dispensers with new Dresser Wayne Blending dispensers <br /> with conversion frames, replace turbines with new FE Petro turbines with new PLLD and <br /> replace flex lines and other product piping within the UDC's and sumps, and breaking concrete <br /> around the southwest dispenser, replacing the island on the underground storage tank (UST) <br /> system at the above noted address. The permit has been approved with the following <br /> conditions: <br /> 1. Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br /> District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br /> prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br /> 3. Contact Fatinah Zareef at (209) 953-7311 to arrange the following inspection <br /> appointments (a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). Please be <br /> aware that inspections for emergency work must be scheduled within five days of permit <br /> approval. <br /> a. Sensor functionality if 208 UDC sump sensors need to be replaced: Functionality of <br /> the monitoring system must be verified to ensure that monitoring has been restored <br /> to meet the requirements of Title 23 California Code of Regulations and the Health & <br /> Safety Code. <br /> b. Leak detector test: Leak detector must be tested to confirm that the device can <br /> detect a leak of 3 gallons per hour at 10 psi. <br /> c. Verify that all product piping leaks will be contained by the Bravo Conversion Frames <br /> and UDC's. <br /> d. Primary piping tightness test on all product lines with replaced flex or rigid pipe. The <br /> test can be a line test performed by a SWRQB licensed Tank Tester or the Veeder <br /> Root PLLD can be programmed to run a 0.1 gallon/ hour test. Provide the test results <br /> to the EHD. <br />
