I discussed this matter with both JMM and Belshire Environmental Services (our Designated <br /> Operator Vendor) to ensure that this situation is not repeated. Going forward, I asked JMM <br /> to document all communications with the sites with regard to alarm response, and ensure <br /> that they dispatch anything the Designated Operators call in an unresolved alarm, <br /> regardless of previous statements from site personnel. I also asked Belshire to ensure <br /> during their DO inspection that all alarms have received proper responses and that complete <br /> documentation thereof is maintained on site. I reiterated that they should dispatch anything <br /> for which they cannot find such closure. <br /> It is our policy to address deficiencies, issues of concern, and/or agency requests regarding our <br /> retail facilities immediately. Based on our discussion this afternoon, and the above-referenced <br /> actions taken, it is our understanding that the item of alleged non-compliance has been <br /> resolved.
