California St. Stockton,CA 95204 Dear Inspector Stacy Rivera, This letter is in response to the amended Inspection Report, dated 01/04/2018, which was issued to the subject facility. The following describes the violations you noted during your inspection as well as corrective actions taken: 109 — UDC 5/6 was repaired August 2016 and six month testing was due by February 2017. Testing has not been completed and is past due. On 12/26/2017, BP testing and maintenance vendor, Gettler-Ryan, Inc., performed secondary containment testing on UDC 5/6. The test successfully passed. A copy of the test report is enclosed herein for your review and records. 120—A penetration fitting was replaced in UDC 5/6 under permit#SR0074967 in August 2016 and the UST Certification of Installation/Modification has not been submitted. On 02/02/2018, BP vendor, Belshire Environmental Services, Inc., uploaded the UST Certification of Installation/Modification form to CERS. The form was completed and signed by Gettler-Ryan for the aforementioned work done to UDC 5/6. A copy of the CERS submittal is enclosed herein for your review and records. 209 — The designated operator failed to visually inspect the 87 master fill sump for leaks, water, or debris during the May 2017 monthly inspection. The work order for the L6 (87 master fill sump) fuel alarm indicated that the liquid in the sump was removed by the facility and the technician did not open the sumps. On 01/03/2018, during the UST Monitoring System Certification, Gettler-Ryan technicians opened and inspected the 87 master fill sump. A copy of the UST Monitoring System Certification is enclosed herein for your review and records.
