by <br /> 0� <br /> 313—Fuel drips were noted on steel product piping under dispensers 1/2 and 7/8,indicating a <br /> leak in primary piping. Moisture was observed on the floor of UDC under the dripping piping <br /> in UDC 7/8. <br /> On 01/03/2018, during the UST Monitoring System Certification, Gettler-Ryan technicians <br /> removed the moisture on the floor of UDC 7/8. On 01/08/2018, a Gettler-Ryan technician <br /> returned to the site to check dispensers 1/2 and 7/8 for leaking in product piping, pipe <br /> threading, or meters. The technician noted all components were OK. A copy of the work order <br /> is enclosed herein for your review and records. <br /> 315—Liquid was observed in UDC 1/2. <br /> On 01/03/2018, during the UST Monitoring System Certification, Gettler-Ryan technicians <br /> removed the liquids in UDC 1/2. This was corrected onsite. <br /> It is our policy to operate in full compliance with all laws and regulations at our retail facilities. <br /> However, when we fall short of perfection, we endeavor to immediately address deficiencies, issues of <br /> concern, and/or agency requests regarding our retail facilities. With the submittal of this letter, it is our <br /> understanding that the item(s) of alleged non-compliance have been resolved and no further corrective <br /> action is required. Furthermore, we understand that there is no fine or penalty associated with this <br /> violation. If this is not correct, please contact me as soon as possible.
