Correct immediately by removing all hazardous waste stored in the spill pallet and <br />the secondary containments of the aboveground storage tanks. Manage waste according to Title 22. <br />Submit a copy of the waste removed from the spill pallet and secondary containment of the aboveground <br />storage tanks along with the used oil removed from the entirely full 240 gallon used oil tank. <br />402. Failed to remove waste stored in a damaged or leaky container. <br />- Outdoors Compressor area: a broken white poly container storing dark oily liquid found in a blue poly <br />55 gallon drum <br />If a container holding hazardous waste is not in good condition, or if it begins to leak, the owner/ <br />operator shall transfer the hazardous waste from this poor container to a container in good condition. <br />Immediately remove the contents into a structurally sound container and have the contents be hauled off <br />by a licensed hazardous waste hauler. <br />404. Failed to keep containers of HW containers closed except when adding/ removing waste. <br />- Ammonia Compressor Room: an open blue 5 gallon bucket and an open 5 gallon pan of used oil <br />- Outdoors Compressor area: Quincysep Oil/Water Separator is discharging oily yellow liquid into a 5 <br />gallon open container <br />- Outdoors Chemical Storage area: one 55 gallon poly white drum storing dark oily substance without <br />bung hole lid, two 55 gallon poly blue drums of unknown contents; on spill pallet: 5 gallon white <br />container storing yellow color liquid without cap, open 5 gallon yellow bucket storing 1/3 full of dark oily <br />liquid without lid <br />- Outdoor adjacent to 240 gallon used oil tank: on the spill pallets, one white and one red 5 gallon <br />buckets have no lid covers. one white poly approximately 20 gallon container lacking cap <br />- Outdoors by the former waste water treatment system: one white poly 55 gallon storing 1/3 dark liquid <br />without cap, two blue 55 gallon open top drums laying on its side storing white hard foamy substance <br />without covers <br />Container holding hazardous waste must be kept closed during transfer and storage, except when <br />adding or removing hazardous waste.
