Aurora, Stockton Program: HW <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> NOTES <br /> NOTES (The following are not violations) <br /> The new owner began operation at the referenced address on May 22, 2014; the facility under this <br /> owner generated no hazardous waste in 2013. Facility generates hazardous waste from auto body <br /> operation. <br /> Discussed with generator Hazardous Waste management requirements including labeling, maximum <br /> storage of 180 days from date of accumulation, and the disposal records maintained on site for at least 3 <br /> years. <br /> Discussed with generator of requirement to make hazardous waste determination, and management of <br /> the waste accordingly. Also discussed that size of metal particles must be determined before hazardous <br /> waste metal can be recycled as scrap metal. Hazardous metal particles 100 microns or smaller cannot <br /> be recycled but must be handled as hazardous waste. <br /> A copy of Auto Body Best Management Practice factsheet, CUPA class schedule, blank hazardous <br /> waste labels, hazardous waste labeling factsheet, and San Joaquin County Small Business Hazardous <br /> Waste Disposal Program pamphlet, have been provided to generator during this inspection. <br /> Submit the following to EHD by: 07/03/2014 <br /> 1) A completed copy of the (provided) Return to Compliance Certification (please keep original for <br /> your records). 2) A written statement how each violation was corrected. 3) Evidence (i.e. photos, <br /> disposal receipts, documents) in support of the corrections made. <br /> ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AjAXY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> EHD Inspector: Received B Title: <br /> Jeffrey Wong (209) 468-0335 <br /> EHD 23-02-003 Rev 04/19/12 CONTINUATION FORM <br />
