Approvals have been given pending <br /> receipt of the APCD permit and the waste discharge permits . <br /> Verbal approvals _have been given for these permits and the <br /> formal approval is expected by May 14 . <br /> The remediation plan consists of groundwater recovery wells and <br /> an air stripping tower to treat the contaminated water . The <br /> equipment has been purchased and is ready to install . <br /> As of July 21, 1987, the necessary permits still have not been <br /> received .
